FEELING OVERWHELMED BY PERIMENOPAUSE OR MENOPAUSE?
You don’t have to figure it out on your own
Can you relate?
Not feeling like yourself anymore
Experiencing a new ache, pain, or strange symptom seemingly every day
Struggling with brain fog, sleep, emotional regulation
Feeling unheard or misunderstood by medical providers
Where do I even start?
Treating menopause is a popular focus for the wellness industry right now and it’s hard to know what is actually helpful versus what is not. It is always wise to start by talking to your primary care physician or gynecologist. First line treatments might include medications like hormone replacement therapy, as well as changes in diet and exercise. When that doesn’t feel like enough, therapy can help with a focus on the emotional connection with the changes happening in our bodies.
Here’s what we’ll do together
Your experience with perimenopause and menopause is as unique as you are.
Let’s talk about how you’re feeling, what you want to be different, and your capacity to cope with everything that you are feeling. Sometimes it’s enough to feel heard and seen. Other times it’s beneficial to learn new ways to support your emotional needs and reconnect with yourself in a time of change.
Using mindfulness, a variety of therapy models, and even EMDR we can help you find your way through the obstacle course of perimenopause/menopause so you can start feeling like yourself again.
Change is possible.
Let’s do this together
